Pierogi is my favorite dish. But I have a lot of them ๐
Today, the son of my master, helped me. Was great!!! I made today’s Pierogi – “dumplings” with my stuffing, my favorite dry food, and the mortadella I love. You can do what you want – it’s important to taste it.
The recipe is very simple:
1 kg of wheat flour 500 + flour to sprinkle the stool
1 teaspoon of salt
120 ml of oil
About 400 ml very hot water (boiled and set aside for 2-5 minutes)

I combine flour with salt, oil and constantly stirring with mixer with hook or by hand on the stool I add some very hot water. If you do manual work, you must be careful not to burn! I make a smooth, elastic cake easily from the hand. I cover with a cloth and leave for 10-15 minutes to rest.
